Recreational
The recreational classes are well structured with the emphasis on fun. Gymnasts will be happy and safe while learning balance, co-ordination, confidence, self-awareness, flexibility and strength.
Gymnasts will progress their skills through our comprehensive range of apparatus including vault, floor, trampette, bars, beam, trampoline and exercise for conditioning and flexibility.
Gymnasts will work through the British Gymnastics series earning badges 8 (lowest) through 1 (highest).
